Try some yogic sleep: Yoga Nidra

  Register HERE Join me for a deeply enriching experience of Yoga Nidra.  This is a practice that allows you to decompress, relax, and find a deeper ease, despite the stress and business of life.  It allows your mind, body, and spirit to rest for a bit of time. What we do : In person I invite you to arrive a bit earlier to enjoy a cup of tea and create a cozy spot.  If you join online you create your own cozy spot at home, and then turn on the zoom link.  We will do a bit of moving and deep breathing.  Then we will lie back as if beginning shavasana.  I will guide your attention around your body, and then you will have for lack of a better term an extended shavasana. What to bring: Wear comfy clothes.  Bring a water bottle for afterwards.  Bring yoga or exercise mat(s), blanket(s), pillow for under knees.  An openness to trying something new is helpful, too.   We will practice a variety of breath work techniques.  I will share stories, and there will be time for you to journal or think about making this all personal.  Please invite friends to join, too!
