Join me for a deeply enriching experience of Yoga Nidra. This is a practice that allows you to decompress, relax, and find a deeper ease, despite the stress and business of life. It allows your mind, body, and spirit to rest for a bit of time.
What we do:
In person I invite you to arrive a bit earlier to enjoy a cup of tea and create a cozy spot. If you join online you create your own cozy spot at home, and then turn on the zoom link. We will do a bit of moving and deep breathing. Then we will lie back as if beginning shavasana. I will guide your attention around your body, and then you will have for lack of a better term an extended shavasana.
What to bring:
Wear comfy clothes. Bring a water bottle for afterwards. Bring yoga or exercise mat(s), blanket(s), pillow for under knees. An openness to trying something new is helpful, too.
In person or online:
I'm offering both options! If you're joining in person then arrive at 6:30. If you're joining online, I will open Zoom at 7 pm. (If joining on Zoom, make sure to sign up by Thursday morning so that you can be sure to receive the link!). Either option has great potential to impact your well being.
