Summer Art Clearing

 

You may or may not know that I let go of my teaching job.  This was a very difficult decision for me, made after a challenging season of life with the realization that I needed to make some changes in order to survive and thrive.

What am I going to do?  That is the question I'm asked when I let folks know I don't have a traditional job.  I have some work to do on myself and for myself.  The short answer is that I don't have a job yet, and I would prefer to work part time while growing my creative and mindful offerings--classes in art and yoga, workshops, online courses, retreats, et al.

In the short term I'm trying to slowly clean and sort and clear from all areas of my life.  That is where Summer Art Clearing comes in.  For the month of August I will post one piece of original art every day on Instagram and Facebook.  These pieces have been hanging around on the walls of my studio, and I want to make space for new art!  They are a wide range of sizes.  Most are acrylic on canvas.  A few are watercolor.  Each piece will be listed at 25% off the price you would find it in my studio.  These daily offerings will be first come, first served.  You see something you want and put SOLD in the comments. You are going to pay with Paypal or Venmo that day.  You can pick up the pieces at my studio inside White Rabbit Galleries (571 W. Tuscarawas Ave., Barberton OH. 44203) or I will do local delivery or I will ship to you with you covering the extra cost.

I'm always honored when people connect with my art and my vision of the world.  This is a time when it would be particularly supportive, as I imagine this will be my only income for the month of August.  I'm certain that if you're reading this now there will be something special for you, so stay tuned!
