Children ages 6 - 12 years are invited to join me for a full morning of joyful creating in the White Rabbit Galleries Classroom. We will stroll through the gallery for inspiration, play creative games, take movement breaks in between arting and crafting for a full morning. Each program is 9 a.m. - noon, and the cost is $35 per participant, including all materials and instruction. Children should bring an art shirt or apron or wear clothes that can get messy. Children should also bring a water bottle and snack for themselves. Register HERE Join me for a deeply enriching experience of Yoga Nidra. This is a practice that allows you to decompress, relax, and find a deeper ease, despite the stress and business of life. It allows your mind, body, and spirit to rest for a bit of time. What we do : In person I invite you to arrive a bit earlier to enjoy a cup of tea and create a cozy spot. If you join online you create your own cozy spot at home, and then turn on the zoom link. We will do a bit of moving and deep breathing. Then we will lie back as if beginning shavasana. I will guide your attention around your body, and then you will have for lack of a better term an extended shavasana. What to bring: Wear comfy clothes. Bring a water bottle for afterwards.
